CPD Accredited Legionella Awareness Training Course for Health and Care Sites
The Health & Safety Executives Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8 and the Department of Health and Social Cares HTM 04-01 requires that those involved in the control and prevention of Legionella bacteria are "competent". Even if you decide to use contractors to meet your health & safety obligations you still need to have an awareness of the requirements of the ACOP L8 and HTM 04-01.
We offer two Legionella training course specific to health and care sites, "Legionella Awareness" and "Legionella Awarness & Management". Our courses are written by our Trust Mark certified Legionella Risk Assessors. Trust Mark is the only Government Endorsed Competent Person schem in the UK and operates under licence from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Both courses are also CPD Accredited and are ideal for anyone working in the health or care industry.
