Specialist Legionella Services for Care Homes designed to meet the requirements of the ACOP L8, HSG 274, HTM 04-01 and BS 8580-1.

Meeting the standards of HTM 04-01 - Safe Water in Healthcare Premises is a requirement for care homes, regulated activities and registration with the CQC.

HTM 04-01 is referenced by the HSE's ACOP L8 and requires higher standards of design and management of hot and cold-water systems than other types of sites, the Building Regulations or the Water Regulations.  HTM 04-01 requires the use of specialist contractors and Water Safe registered plumbers to ensure public health.
