Specialist Legionella Services for GP Practices designed to meet the requirements of the ACOP L8, HSG 274, HTM 04-01 and BS 8580-1.

Meeting the standards of HTM 04-01 - Safe Water in Healthcare Premises is a requirement for GP and medical practices, regulated activities and registration with the CQC.

HTM 04-01 is referenced by the HSE's ACOP L8 and requires higher standards of design and management of hot and cold-water systems than other types of sites, the Building Regulations or the Water Regulations.  HTM 04-01 requires the use of specialist contractors and Water Safe registered plumbers to ensure public health.

At Water Wise we have over 20 years' experience in the water and Legionella industry, we are approved by Trading Standards, certified by Trust Mark (a Government endorsed competency scheme), Water Safe registered (a requirement of HTM 04-01), members of the CIPHE and recognised as Approved Contractors under the Water Regulations.
