Our assessors are City & Guilds and Quidos Accredited, Water Safe registered, members of the CIPHE and recognised as Approved Contractors under the Water Regulations.

We hold Gold membership with Constructionline with Once for All SSIP and are certified as meeting the Common Assessment Standard.

Since 2013 domestic rented properties have required a Legionella Risk Assessment.  The need for a risk assessment was confirm in HSE case 357.  However, most domestic properties only need a simple assessment, do not need water testing or eleborate control measures.
