- Writing a Legionella Risk Assessment. What the risk assessment
should include, how to score and present the risk in the assessment and timescales for remedial actions.
- Types of Site. How the risk increases depending on the type of site.
- Cooling, Cold & Hot Water Systems. The risks linked to the various system types.
- Outlets, Scalding Risks, TMV Valves & Fail Safe Checks. How the type of outlet can increase the risk of Legionella and when
to fit and maintain a TMV Valve.
- Temperature Monitoring. The required temperatures and how often to carry out temperature monitoring depending on the site and
system type.
- Legionella Testing. When Legionella testing is recommended and which testing method should be used.
- Other Risk Systems. What other systems can present a risk of Legionella bacteria.
